We promise to provide you with a "7-day Exchange Service” due to any damages or quality control issues after the order is received (as determined by the date of receive for the order). All products are allowed for exchange except for socks and discounted products, but no refund.
- Each item can only be exchanged once with same style.
- If the suitable size is out of stock, merchandise of other style can also be chosen.
- If the value of the exchanged product is lower than the value of the purchased product, the difference will not be refunded, f the value of the exchanged product is higher than the value of the purchased product, the difference is needed to be paid by customer.
